Scope and Content:
This series consists of databases created to track and analyze sentencing and parole information. Supporting documentation provides agency history and functions, context for the creation of the Commission, detailed explanations of calculations and modeling, charts/tables, how to read/use the databases, and which are the primary files to use. It is available in both paper and electronic formats. Original CD-Rs contain Paradox databases as delivered by originating agency. Disc one contains 1995-2000 and disc two, 2001. The Paradox database was converted to Microsoft Access database for easier reference use and made as a separate CD-R. Reference copy has restricted information masked. Disc four, five and six consist of security backups made in October 2007.
