This series consists of the engrossed manuscript, a draft submitted by the revising committee, and the contemporary printed copy ordered by the legislature: Constitution of the State of South Carolina and the Ordinances, Reports and Resolutions Adopted by the Convention of the People.... The repository's copy of the latter also has Reports and Resolutions of the General Assembly...Passed at the Annual Session of 1865 bound with it. This series also consists of a digitized copy of the Constitution of 1865.
