This series consists of forms titled Highway Construction Allotment Advice which are used by the Dept. of Transportation to record information concerning the allotment of funds to specific highway construction projects out of the general appropriations budget. Information includes county, contractor, contract number, program, character of work, remarks, previously allotted, this allotment (increase or decrease), total to date, bids received, contract amended, authorized by commission, prepared by, recommended, and approval signature. The forms are numbered in two sequences, the first begining on January 1, 1927 and runs through No. 5297, dated May 31, 1951. The second sequence begins with No. 1 dated June 6, 1951 and runs to No. 114520, September 28, 2015.
