This record consists of a capture of the content of the Secretary of State website during the administration of Secretary of State James M. Miles 2002-2003. The site is mostly functional, with most internal links and images still working correctly. Any databases connected to the site were not transferred. The captures of the site are available as one combined zip file for each capture, or can be browsed individually by file. Please note that external links may no longer be functional.
