The series consists of a promotional documentary produced for the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. The series orgiinally contained the original 16mm film print, a letter from the Director of the department to the Director of the Department of Archives and History officially transferring the film, and a VHS print of the film. In 2008, the film was digitized and placed on DVD by the University of South Carolina's Moving Image Research Collections.
