The 1992 and 2012 annual reports are missing. 1989 has a fiscal year annual report and a calendar year annual report. The calendar year report for 1989 covers activities resulting from Hurricane Hugo in September 1989. 2005 and 2006 arrived on a CD-ROM in Macromedia Flash. Text items were printed out on paper.
