This series consists of working papers of the committee kept by Dr. Robert H. Stoudemire. Dr. Stoudemire served as staff consultant to the committee, which had no formal staff. In this position, Stoudemire provided direction and assistance to the committee chairman and members. The working papers are drafts of recommended changes to the constitution with explanations of why the changes were needed. The papers in this series also contain handwritten notes and comments added by Dr. Stoudemire. This series has been fully digitized.
