In 2000, the Department created a special group called Workshop In Leadership Development (WILD) in order to conduct meetings with groups of DNR staff around the state. The purpose of the meetings was to allow employees to give input as to the priorities and issues DNR was facing. Participants were asked to highlight the biggest challenges in their region of the state, as well as the most fulfilling and challenging aspects of their jobs.

This series contains the resulting work product of the WILD group.
