This series consists of emergency preparedness and response procedures developed by the Emergency Management Division (previously Emergency Preparedness Division) for state-wide emergencies. Beginning in 1999, the plan was titled the South Carolina Emergency Operations Plan (SCEOP) and consists of the basic plan and general procedures. Disaster specific (hurricane, earthquake, etc.) plans that had been developed were made appendices to the SCEOP and may be available as separate series.
