The database is available in its original Microsoft Access 1997-2003 version, as well as an Access 2007 conversion. Exported data tables are available in comma separated value (CSV), spreadsheet, and eXtensible Markup Languange (XML) formats. The data entry forms for each table are represented in Portable Document Format (PDF).
