I believe that it is not good for the families and or the safety of our SCDOT employees to work 8-5pm considering that this the time that the roads are most traveled and dangerous.In knowing this from driving a bus its not in the best interest for our people and children. I am also expressing the time that is taken away form parents that can't spend time with there families by the time that they get home they watch their children get supper bath and bed leaving no time for interactions for homework or life learning in the home.Not counting the strain that the other parent is under to do it all and not to mention those single parents that are doing the best they can already. They had 4 days of ten and by the fifth day they are exhausted, using that day to rest,the next day its all the house duties and rest on Sunday. At least with 7 to 330 there was some window and life experiences for wives, husbands, and our childern. Thank you for listening.
