Hi,

I have a problem. I started getting my disability this year. My Doctor was getting my meds. through the pharmaceutical coms. for me. Now that I have medicare and have signed up for Inc. they say I have to pay a penalty because I didn't get part D on my medicare. I didn't read that or didn't understand it. I did however read all the papers I got. I am poor so my doc. got my meds. at no cost to me and because of this I am going to have to pay for this. I did not take money from anyone nor the Government. So why do I have to pay ya'll or whomever for this. She help me and had she not I would be dead now. I would really like an answer A.S.A.P. I would like for someone to call me at 803-222-5191 I am not so good at typing it bother my hands real bad.
