In it, the peoples' right to bear arms is called out as an immutable right given to us by our Creator. It is inalienable, meaning nothing may be attached to it. And it may not be infringed by ANY branch of government. Requiring a permit to exercise that right, is an infringement. I would hope to see you on the side of the Constitution, in supporting the right of every South Carolinian to carry concealed whether permitted or not. After all, it is the law.
