I was marketing our properties in SC as we are trying to pull our money to the desert. I have  a few properties for sale a commercial 
a) 60 acre land in conway, a mile and half from walmart 
b) A direct 3 bdr oceanfront condo in caribbean (RENTED )
c) A direct golf course home in myrtle beach, heart of golf (RENTED to HORRY COUNTY FIRE RESCUE DEPT)

most of the buyers for A-C end up historically not being local rather from out of area. In fact the oceanfront properties in MB are owned 99 % by out of state or foreign investors SO as the devlopers who develop the land so as the golf course home (most are from NY, PA..etc)

So should he decide to retire there, he can live and play on his golf frontage home, enjoy the beach front condo on weekends AND develop the land 1.5 mile from walmart

Luckily, the home is rented to the HORRY COUNTY FIRE RESCUE dept ;) there 4 members of the Horry county fire dept leasing it for 2 years so if they paid cash for both home and condo, they would be getting a monthly rent.
