<WFUD_Request>This is in regard to the rest area near milepost 139 South. I needed to stop there on my way home from NJ . this bathroom is a disgrace to the state. The attendant was sitting outside on the phone when I entered and in the same position when I left. Most of the stalls had no toilet tissue , a least one of the doors was in bad shape, couldn't close. The floors were dirty . To be honest I was ashamed that This place is offered to travelers. I have used rest areas in many states and this one either should be cleaned up or closed. There happened to be a welcome center about 20-30 miles more south. Just keep that one open. At least people won't come away with a bad impression of the Great State of South Carolina.</WFUD_Request>
