Eugene Hyman of Johnsonville Sc is a registered sex offender. He is a teir 3 fellon who has been arrested as of last night an charged with 4 counts of misconduct with minors. The wife had no idea this man had molested children, she had been told by him an family it was a case of dating a 17 year old girl an her parents pressed charges. All along this man had violated little children an no one knew the truth or they hid the truth. The websites for sex offenders are great. I had a run in a few years back at the park with this man an was told by law he could be there because he wasn't on probation. This time he violated 3 innocent children who could have been protect if the information was eaiser to understand. We need to protect the innocent children an the spouses also. This all could have been prevented if the information listed the nature of the charges in more of a detail. I understand offenders have rights but look at these innocent children what rights do they have. Spouses should have rights to criminal histories also because these children were born into a home that began with lies. I'm not sure what can be done but this needs to be seen an a change made. My best friends children are victims of this man and she was lied to and didn't understand the charges on the website. I on the other hand researched and found info after days of research it shouldn't be this hard to find the information on a sex offender. Thank you a very concerned mother
