Which was to open a crepe restaurant. I choose Myrtle Beach as the place to establish my dream. I first opened a small 9 seat cafe for 21 months and recently expanded it to a new location in The Market Commons. I now have 40 seats and employ 14 people. My dream has come true and love the fact that this is truly the only country in the world that people can really follow their dream in and makes my 20 years defending freedom really worth it. I know I am not a multi million dollar business yet but I have been able to employee more people than expected, to include people who were down and out and had little hope if finding a job. I feel it is important to look past some questionable circumstances and give people a chance an opportunity to work rather than go on public assistance. I use my military skills to relate and to help others do better and take a chance in the person rather than write them off. If you are ever in Myrtle Beach I would love for you to stop by and check out one if the more popular restaurants and the beautiful Market Commons. One of the best places in South Carolina.
