Children are continually being taken out of homes then placed back into the same homes they are removed from. My heart breaks for all these children. Our system is so broken, what will it take to change how DSS looks at placing these children permanently to homes that can provide love and attention and stability? I understand trying to keep the family circle together, but sometimes blood relation is not always the right decision. I would really like for your office to take a look at the Union County DSS department, from what I understand I am not the first concerned citizen to think that this office is negligent in their case management. There appears to be a great issue in this county alone.. 12.191.209.251
