Purchases must meet all federal requir= ements=2C but this law does maintain and protect your Second Amendment rights.=20 I also signed Senate Bill 308 into law on February 11=2C 2014=2C expanding = the list of places where a responsible concealed weapons permit holder can carry his or her firearm.
