We have been checking the interstate system from Knoxville, Tennessee to Myrtle Beach. We travel through Columbia and have been watching your news conference and the updates online. We decided that with the lengthy detour and the danger of the compromised dams we should cancel our reservation. Beach Vacations will not refund any of our money, and I think that is unfair. Their number is 1-800-449-4005. I am so upset. We want to come to the beach, but we just can't risk it and don't have the extra time. Can you please help me? I can understand it if they kept a deposit, but they won't refund any of our $310.84 and I believe that to be bad business. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Ann Marie Hurst
