Dear Governor Haley,

As an active voter, I want to thank you for announcing your opposition to Syrian refugee resettlement. You are showing that our votes for you were right, you do have the strength and intestinal fortitude to be the leader and protector of your citizens, of the State of South Carolina. We are behind you 100%! You have done what is best for your citizens and we appreciate it.

FBI Director James Comey warned his agency has no way to fully vet Syrians who seek refuge in the United States. The attacks in France showed just how vulnerable we are to terrorism. We cannot make it easier by resettling Syrian refugees in the United States when we can't determine exactly who they are.

ALL American lives are at risk, so I urge you to hold firm in your opposition and use whatever means are available to you to block their settlement in our state. Please also urge our congressional delegation to pass legislation that blocks or de-funds obama's refugee plans.
