I am writing about my grandson's Medicaid - last year around the end of July he was dropped. I called Medicaid and explained to them that I had received a letter saying he was dropped, they seemed to think maybe it was a computer glitch so they put his case under review.   Since then I have called them time and time again and we even sent in paycheck stubs but when I called today 3/10/2016 it is still under review.   We are having to pay every time he goes to the doctor and we even got fined on our taxes due to him not having insurance all year.   I was wondering if there is anything you could do to assist in getting this matter resolved.   My grandson's name is Zayden D. Lawson and his Medicaid number is 1781299849.
