The mayor and water company continue to ignore this long-lived problem only offering temporary fixes. The water stains clothing, dishes and everything it touches. This has happened for years and, yet, no plans or solution have been offered by the City of Sumter other than temporary measures. Citizens needs some help! Please! Is there grant money available to run new lines?
