Hi Nicole,
I hope you all are keeping warm in Columbia this week! The month of March is American Red Cross Month and Louise Welch Williams, CEO of the American Red Cross, Palmetto South Carolina Region, asked that I reach out to you to find a date that Governor Haley would be available for our Annual American Red Cross Month Proclamation Press Conference?
This usually takes place in early March at the State House with Governor Haley. We would love it if this could take place in the first week of March – specifically any time on Thursday March 5th – but we certainly understand Governor Haley has a very busy schedule, so if this date does not work please just let me know her earliest availability in the month of March and we will take care of the rest!
For your reference, I have attached a drafted copy of our 2015 Proclamation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
