I just heard that Governor Haley is going to give the State Of The Union reply for Republicans. I also heard this morning President OBama's speech on his gun control and another channel reading and discussing actual details of the Executive Order. One item struck me when hearing the details. I do realize that he is doing this for political purposes. However this Executive Order when read specifically it seems to affect almost everybody. 

Details of the order need to be told to the American people. These includes details such as doctors will have to violate an existing HIPPA laws to implement the order. Also individuals will have to be qualified to sell his existing gun to another individual and even Trust Funds are also in the law. It sounds like a person must be in your trust fund to actually use your gun.

I'm sure better talking points can be developed but I'm asking to think how someone could expand the words and include everyone. I'm sure they will drag their feet for Conservatives like they did in the IRS reviews of non profit political organizations. Think of how it can include everyone and that EXISTING HIPPA LAW WILL BE VIOLATED TO IMPLEMENT PART OF HIS EXECUTIVE ORDER. He can not require this. He carries out laws but does not write his own laws. The general public must be told the details or it will work to Democrats advantage. Thank you consideration of comments on this issue in Governor Haley's Republican Response to the State Of The Union Address.
