Refusing to set up a state exchange in anticipation of the Supreme Court ruling neglects real people who face catastrophic costs, and without insurance, people can be ruined. I helped establish a free medical clinic, so I understand the need as well as a clinic's inability to treat broken arms and cancer, yet free clinics are your alternative? Politics and ideology hurt real people. The "state" can't afford an exchange of its own? The concern should be with real people, not talk radio. I believe your own ambitions in the Republican Party cost hundreds of thousands the hope for financial security.
