Im writing this letter in reference to child support laws/policies. I lived in Barnwell County. I'm a hardworking father and an U.S. citizen. I have some concerns with South Carolina child support laws and procedures. So much is wrong about it. The laws disables good hardworking fathers to function daily in making a decent living.
