Dear Governor Haley, I 'am reaching out to everyone to stop Vanderbilt Mortgage Fraud on the people of South Carolina and myself as well. My home was brought in 2007 after my other mobile home burn down, with the understanding, my payment would have been 800.00 per. month. After my paper work came back it went from $800.00 went to $1160.00 per. month. When i call them about the change the home came before, when i told them that was not the understanding, there was never anything about Escrow at all. Here it was less than a week of home, and after inspection of the, I call them told them to come get the home off my land. The woman in the offices, I would loss my land, So i had to keep a home that is built out of paper. Air come's out the outlet like you are out side,Electrical shortage, and more. A person bought a home for $95,000.00, should have been better. I have found out this company should never been Operating in this state or any state, From 2007 to now 14 years and my balance is still at $91,000.00. My land was mind. and I'am made to pay for my land again, My home was set to be payoff in 15 years. The company change everything and who have money to really fight in court. I don't have money like that, I'am a disable Vet. 59 years old with three special needs we adopted, with no state help. I plan to take it to Washington and all to call for a Federal audit of Vanderbilt. I'am and all the people in this state are asking you for help. I don't want to loss my land, because a ripoff company That South Carolina aloud to operate, Clayton Home is Own by Vanderbilt ,So the both company needs to be stop. Everyone that this have ripoff is asking for your help and more. See how many homes they have taken from Families in South Carolina alone.Thank you so much for your time.
