I would like to no if this is a law for DSS to suppend drivers licence and if so why didnt the public no about this.Had a family member get stopped and to find out his licence was suppended for non support.Took him to jail had to pay for a Bond spent time in jail,went to court paid a large fine,now no licence cant work no income.Now Homeless for a lot of people paying child support in this state when DSS take the law in there own hands . Also Govenor Haley I would like for you to check a law on a US Supreme Court  that says no licence necessary to drive automobile on public highways and streets. Need to let me no what this means on that ruling,please look it up. Would like an answer back  ASAP please.        Thanks
