St. Johnsbury VT 05819 dennisamsdenllc@charter.net 802-535-5400 COMM Sleep Number 71.80.46.208 I wonder if there have been others complaining about Sleep Number regarding not getting the beds that they ordered. I have waited 7 weeks after being promised three. I have got nothing but run-around. They won't transfer me to a supervisor. It's getting to the point of theft of services. My wife and I are retiring to upstate SC in five years. Sleep Number is not a good representative of the type of customer service that we have become accustomed to when spending time your great state. Is there anything the Governor's Office can do to help? They just keep saying they are doing their best, when all they need to do is send out the one part that they never sent with the original order. It's been four weeks since receiving 4 large boxes, which are sitting in my living room because I can't put the bed together without the last part. I know this is not very important in the great scheme of things but I would appreciate any help or advice. Thank you. Dennis Amsden
