- Mike Campbell, son of popular former South Carolina Gov. Carroll Campbell, criticizing in a Charleston newspaper the $10 million trade deal Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer and state Agricultural Commissioner Charles Sharpe signed earlier this month with Cuba's import agency. Young Campbell has signaled he may run for lieutenant governor himself in two years.
