(I must have missed this enumerated power in the Constitution's Articles.) We should have been the first state after NC to have done this. I'm upset we weren't. Please take to the podium and send this blisteringly clear and crucial message that we will not be bullied by this administration into jeopardizing students' safety and neglecting common sense ethics, nor will we be distracted by it from the critical election going on, which is likely the reason for this nonsense in the first place.
