I believe that ALL the blame for the Orlando shootings rests solely on Obozo's rounded shoulders.  How many times was he asked what his plan was for combating ISIS?  How many times did he dodge this question?  How many times has he refused to say "Radical Islam"?  Who cut the FBI budget?  Who laid off 6,000 FBI agents?  Who changed the rules for "closing cases"?  How many times has he blamed gun control yet has had almost eight years to correct the problem?  How many times has he blamed George Bush?  It is clear that, much like an alcoholic, he is in denial.
Sunday's pontification on TV was pathetic and if he had had any less enthusiasm he would have gone to sleep.  Yet he managed to stay awake long enough to roll out his gun bullshit speech.  I wonder if it was a coincidence that the shootings occurred at a gay bar?  I'm surprised he didn't put the red, white and blue spotlights on the Whitehouse again.  Yes the gun laws most likely should be updated but one of the main reasons that there is opposition to this is because of his administration's record of "bending the truth" to fit their socialist agenda i.e.  Killery, Bendgazi, Iran, Fast and Furious etc.  This is not one big happy world without laws and borders regardless of what he thinks.
Obozo's PCism has to stop.  Let's put individuals in charge that have the required experience and meaningful knowledge in the field and will take responsibility for acting in a correct and professional manner.
