Dear Reviewer of Volunteers,

  I have experience working with flood situations before - 1981 North Central Arkansas - and Katrina 2005.  My military and civilian backgrounds encompass:  adviser to 2 star generals and above at Joint Forces Command, retired Army Reserve LTC (33 years) logistics team leader for a four state area, an Army War College graduate (2005), a current doctoral student, and business consultant for over 23 years.  I can speak to both the military and business leaders with the same clarity. 

  For immediate consideration are other traits that may be helpful to you concerning the State's flood disaster.  I will help you orchestrate the transportation, distribution, prioritization with civic tie-ins with local businesses.  The only thing I need from you is a cot, a pot, coffee, and an introduction to the process so that I am not an outsider trying to help those who are desperately in need inside.
