I received a letter from Mr. Wilkins on today 1/23/2015 where he discusses Barred from Applying which does not answer the questions that have presented to this body. The letter he sent was a previous email from 7/26/2013 when barred from applying took place. I began to review some facts and discovered a greater distortion of events between Mr. Wilkins letter and Koa Morgan letter. Mr. Wilkins stated on '7/26/2013 that SCDEW entered changes in the state application system that resulted in the notation on your application that you were barred from applying'. Koa Morgan letter dated 7/25/2013 states "On July 24. 2013 we were notified via email that you were barred from applying to positions in the state of South Carolina's online applicant system, NeoGov. After speaking with NeoGov Administrator, we discovered that your application was inadvertently identified as ineligible for State employment on July 19, 2013".
The question then becomes who did it because SCBCB has confirmed on 7/26/2013 by Mr. Wilkins that SCDEW made the change in their system. SCDEW is stating SCBCB notified them of their own changes which they made and are being denied. The fact that SCDEW was able to make changes in NeoGov therefore would have been made aware of any errors had occurred. The fact that SCDEW was the only agency in the entire state of South Carolina made an apology for barred from applying other than SCBCB even though numerous applications with state government was submitted. The following facts provides some assurance that SCDEW was the creator of barred from applying and made an attempt to deny it.
Please provide any clarification.
