Even in minor situations if the accident is relayed to my GPS I can re-route automatically around the situation. I noticed that you are involved with Google in their mapping. Unless you know the area very well your listings of road closures were very confusing and I was not able to figure out if there were any road closures on my route that I needed to take. Please consider making this available as soon as possible. The amount of backups or traffic jams would decrease if this information was available. It frustrates me that this state does not allow the kind of communication that could prevent the loss of life. This way even if the road signs were damaged or removed we would still be able to avoid the bad roads. When we just listen to the radio it is hard to determine if the road information will affect our current travels. Please consider making this available to South Carolina.
