Was curious if there was a bill that was signed or passed that the 85% law for violent offenders in the South Carolina Department of Corrections was changing to 65%? I was told it was, that Haley signed this law and it was scheduled to go into affect June 1st. Please let me know, would just like to know if it's true! thanks, Kristen
