We have a very experienced staff of structural design engineers and I head a staff of hydrologic and hydraulic engineers specializing in the sizing and typing of bridges to be used for the replacement of deficient, or in your case "missing" bridges. We are experts in both one and two dimensional hydraulic and scour analysis and water course restoration. I recognize I am not local, but would like a team with local firms to aid in the rebuilding of your beautiful state. I have visited good friends that live in Charleston and recognize the special place that South Carolina is. Please refer me to the office in your administration that would best provide me the information needed to help you rebuild. Thank you, Richard T. Geikie, SMCE
