I reported my cousin Presley Haynes to the Fairfield County DSS approx. two months ago for child neglect.  Someone on the staff of Fairfield County DSS reported to my aunt that a "family" member reported her daughter.  DSS has been involved with Presley since the birth of her daughter, Sophie who turned a year old in November, due to the baby being born a month early and addicted to drugs - I believe it was more prescription drugs than crack or cocaine.  Any way DSS made Presley take parenting classes and be checked in on periodically.  When I contacted DSS, I begged them not to let it be known that I called and reported her actions but my aunt called me and said that DSS told her it was me that called in.  If something happens to my cousins two children, Anna Rosa and Sophie, this office needs to be held accountable because I will not report anything else in the future.  I was told that her new boyfriend was caught drunk driving by the Winnsboro, SC Police Department and Presley and the baby Sophie were in the car.  I have been informed that Presley was also intoxicated, I am not sure if DSS has this information or not but I will not be contacting them in the future.
