I have sent the Governor two emails via this forum regarding the absolutely out of control litter problem where I live in Greenville County and the lack of paid employees to clean the litter up (six for Greenville County as I was told). I hope the "call to litter" with have some positive effect and ask that some concrete actions be taken to stop this behavior. May I suggest a campaign in the school systems, and perhaps a State anti-litter Mascot i.e. Smokey the Bear. The current "Palmetto Pride" is not working. I would be glad to work on this campaign in some capacity. R/ Ivor Pardee
