I have asked for help before by senator Scott months ago with Seth Blanch May 26,2015. I need to know... HOW in Jan 2014... that my grandson, could be taken from his mother by DSS...for excessive spanking and given to someone..(Travis Dewitt) who was NOT on his birth certificate ... then told she(Amber Stewart) would go to jail by Sherry Henery DSS worker, if she did not comply. There was a safety plan, put in effect at that time... DSS... never did a DNA test on the said father... they just handed over Corbin to a said father with NO PROOF... since then... said father... left him at his great grandmothers house August 2014... and collected food stamps... and filed Corbin on 2014 taxes... HE never had costody of Corbin... just a gaurdian for a few months... under DSS safty plan...I want to know ... HOW this happened.... how can anyone be taken from there mother ... and told that anyone can take there child and claim then on taxes? THAT IS NOT RIGHT... 
my daughter Amber M. Stewart has coustody of Corbin Myrick Powers... and has since he was born... but anyone who has had him living under there roof can claim him on taxes... is not right... Corbin has moved 3 times since 2014 in different homes because of DSS... I want to know ... how anyone taking care of a child under DSS can claim them on there taxes?, without proof of gaurdianship? Travis Dewitt never did a DNA test to prove he was the father...he refused.. so he would NOT have to pay child support for the last 7 years...( but was allowed to claim him on 2014 taxes ... without proving he was the father...)  when his mother filed taxes... she was told... she could NOT claim her son... because... Travis claimed him... if this is true... then Travis Dewitt admits that he is the father of Corbin Powers and should be held accountible for the 7 years for child support. Is there anyway that the state of SC can help me on this matter?... I am not asking for me the grandmother taking care of Corbin... I am asking as a gaurdian in Corbin best intrest.
