Alan,
Robert Lorick and his crew has completed this driveway and has addressed the shoulder to remove the current erosion problem. Robert did speak with Mrs. Brazell and explained that they will return in the spring
to readdress the shoulder and seed if it is warranted.

She says no. There never has been and they have been there for 30+ years.

Excellent and thank you! I am still curious of the drainage in the area if there really is a buried pipe under there, etc.

Alan,
I have spoken with Ms. Brazell and we have agreed that Maintenance will correct her driveway issue within the next 60 days. In regards to her request to correct the erosion problem, there was little evidence
that erosion was a problem but I did agree with her that signs of erosion was present. However, with the lack of rain and colder weather coming, we both agreed that this issue could be addressed in the spring when there would be a much better chance of getting
grass to grow.
Work Order #988834 has been generated to correct the driveway but also notes that we will address the erosion issue in the spring. I am adding this WO to my calendar to ensure that we return in the spring.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
Thanks.

Mike,
Joey’s name was not on your reply. He called me. They already had a final on this project before this woman complained, and there are LD’s involved on the project so to bring the contractor back is not feasible.
I know, I always hated it too, but just like the Life cereal commercial…give it to Maintenance, they fix everything! Please set up a plan to address this and let me know ASAP so I can respond back to HQ.
Thanks,
Alan K.

Alan,
Pleasant View Dr. was/is a construction project. I believe this project belongs to Joey in Lexington B office. If this project has been closed out, I will be happy to contact the resident and see about scheduling
the repair. The way some of the construction projects have been going, many are already in default but the project remains open.
I am copying Joey McIntyre to this email for his response if this project has been closed out.
Thanks.

I would like to speak to Gov. Haley about our DOT Dept. I have contact DOT and Katrina Shealy multiple times about our driveway condition after repavement. I have a huge hump and now erosion after our roads were repaved much earlier this year. My car drags
every time I use my driveway. DOT came out and said it was bad but nothing has been done. I now have a loose front panel because of this problem. I'm tired of our DOT contracting out work and then no one stands behind their work. I'm tired of paying taxes
and nothing being done to solve problems. .
