After all the recent chaos surrounding the institution, please consider including in any bill and/or plan some temporary enrollment incentives (remember, we initially offered to sent students to other in-state institutions free of charge when closing SCSU was on the table) . After all, there will still be many skeptics regarding the overall management of the institution. Lets make this a success...
