McMaster 234 Rimer Pond Rd. Blythewood SC 29016 mrmrsmac1@aol.com 803-348-2496 HOUS City of Columbia, Rimer Pond road water main Governor Haley, I am writing because the City of Columbia has expressed interest in acquiring a portion of property to run a water main along Rimer pond road. The community has unanimously expressed that they are not interested in the cities expressed intent. We are however finding it very difficult for someone to represent us in this matter. I asking you personally to help us in resolving this matter or to assist in representing our community. I am retired from the Armed Forces and me and my wife have served our Country for 37 years of combined service. We chose this area as our dream retirement home only recently to find out the one quality that we looked for will be destroyed. I am appealing to you for any resolution in this matter because it will destroy homes and properties in this area. I thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. Respectfully, Robert L. McMaster
