Good Morning:  My name is Pat Walker and I am the SC State Manager for Southeast RCAP.  After retiring from SCDHEC in 2011, I began working for Southeast RCAP providing assistance to rural communities and tribes in South Carolina.  This includes providing technical assistance to rural water and wastewater facilities, solid waste management activities and low interest loans for individual private wells in SC.  If possible, I would like to schedule a meeting with a representative of the Governor's Staff to provide information and discuss our non-profit organization and it's work to assist South Carolina's citizens.
