Haley via her Chief of Staff and ask that she support the efforts of this true South Carolina hero.  He is the perfect choice to help restore relations with this long-time global partner who is now drifting toward Chinese hegemony. President Rodrigo Duterte respects strength and Gen. Livingston can work with him to rebuild our partnership with this vital ally in the South Pacific.
