The official Court of Honor ceremony will be held May 1, 2016. Reed has toured the Statehouse, is proud to be a South Carolinian, and has a deep interest in history and government. It would be meaningful if a letter of commendation could be sent to him, recognizing the achievement and citizenship of a local young man. Any letters would be presented on May 1, 2016. Would it also be possible to obtain a state or US flag flown over the Statehouse? Thank you very kindly for your consideration. Yours truly, Katherine Elkin
