Spartanburg Technical College may not change its name after all.
    
Our coverage partners at the herald journal report the school is feeling the heat from several state senators.  The paper says they're threatening to cut the school's funding if it switches to Spartanburg Community College.
    
Right now the school gets around 8 million dollars from the state.  School leaders say it's disappointed they won't make the change, but must do what’s best for students.
