Studies show is is not helpful health-wise nor productive and is more disruptive then anything else. As the days get longer, you will notice that we actually do not gain much more daylight in the evenings then if we didn't "spring forward." The extra "minutes" of daylight we gain is minimal at best due to the natural rotation of the Earth during the Spring and Summer seasons. During the Spring and Summer, we still will have enough daylight to take a walk or work out in the yard. It's the mornings that are the hardest when we "Spring" forward for the school children, by having to wait for the bus in the dark or to get up to go to daycare. To me and my family, the time we get to spend at home with each other actually seems to go by faster during the "Spring" forward, which is frustrating. You end up eating late and before you know it is time for bed. Please either have the state congress bring it up for passage or present it to the people to vote on in the 2016 election. Thanks.
