Good morning! I have a couple of questions about why teachers aren't receiving the $800 bonus check for state employees because we are included as district employees and not state employees. 

1)	How do we not count as state employees when we pay into the state benefits and retirement program?
2)	Is part of our salary supplemented by the state funding or does my entire salary come from Florence School District 1? 
3)	If part of public school teachers salaries are supplemented by the state, then when was the last time public school teachers received a raise on the state level?
4)	If part of public school teachers salaries are supplemented by the state, then how do we not count as state employees?
5)	How are employees of universities included as state employees but not omitted because they are employees of the university? That would seem like they are university employees much like we are counted as district employees.
